Taal-er Bora is the first thing that comes into mind when you say Taal pulp. An authentic Bengali food item, Taal-er Bora showcases a perfect balance of ingredients like wheat flour, banana, taal pulp, coconut, rice flour, Ekho Gur, etc. Then comes Taal Kheer. This sweet mix of Taal pulp and milk, freshly prepared and warm Rotis or Parathas, will be enough. You will not need any other curry or other items. Taal Pora, i.e., Taal pulp wrapped in banana leaves and roasted on fire, is a delicacy.
