How long will it take to deliver my order?
All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from our warehouse. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you and email and a WhatsApp message which will have a link to help you track your order. The delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities – 3-5 days
Rest of India – 5-7 days
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the Track my Account tab on the website or through the link provided on the WhatsApp message which you will receive once you book an order.
How Fresh will the products be?
We endeavor to provide you with the freshest of product such that you have sufficient time to consume it post-delivery. The freshest product is packed for your consumption.
What are your controls to ensure there are adequate Food safety and hygiene controls?
We have included in our system a number of generally accepted routines that are followed to avoid potentially severe health hazards. Our company is FSSAI certified for food and safety standards by the apex Government body around this subject.
Why are some products out of stock?
That is because there are sometimes surge in demand and sometimes supply issues from the manufacturers. However, rest assured that if there is a product displayed on our website it will sooner or later come back in stock.
What are the modes of payment?
We accept almost all modes of online payment like Debit/Credit card, GPay, Paytm wallet, UPI, net banking etc. Due to current situation we do not accept cash on delivery.
How can I return my order?
If the product reaches you in a condition which is unfit for consumption or has crossed the expiry date or has 10% shelf life before expiry you have to contact us at our customer care no later than 24 hours of delivery. We may be requiring a photo or video highlighting the issue. Post analysis if verified to our satisfaction we will issue a refund within the next working 7 days to the original payment source. The final decision for refund rest solely with Polligram or Authentix Mind OPC Private Limited Management.
